Say I would never work for Microsoft or Google because I think some of the things they use their money for is deplorable. Someone else might absolutely love those companies for different reasons. I am implying that it’s individualized compatibility that you have with each company.
Find somewhere that suits your idea of, “how you see your job/career self”. This can be different from how you see your persona. This is a secondary part of yourself. It is important.
